Subsidies for solar energy and storage systems (batteries) for small and medium-sized companies in the Balearic Islands 2024

The new "PITEIB SME" aid programme is a public call for subsidies for the promotion of self-consumption installations with or without electricity storage with renewable energy sources, as well as actions in energy efficiency in indoor lighting.

The eligible incentive programs are as follows:

Incentive programme 1: implementation of self-consumption facilities with or without electricity storage with renewable energy sources.

Incentive programme 2: carrying out energy efficiency actions in interior lighting installations in existing buildings.

Deadline for applications: Applications can be submitted fromJanuary 15, 2024 to July 15, 2024.

Beneficiaries

Small and medium-sized enterprises subject to private law that carry out their activities within theterritory of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands may be beneficiaries of this aid.

Funding

The action has aid from the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge through the European Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan "NextGenerationEU".

Available Funds

Year 2024: €3.000.000,00

Year 2025: €7.000.000,00

Eligible actions

Investments in new photovoltaic installations up to 500 kWp and/or wind technology with generator power up to 500 kW will be eligible. In the case of installing higher powers, only the first 500 kWp are subsidized.

Help

The aid to be granted to the generation installation is obtained by multiplying the total eligible cost by the percentage of the aid set out in Table 2.
